Privacy Policy

This page explains what ConflideX stores, what it never stores, and why. It supplements (does not replace) the data-handling terms in our Terms of Service.
Account Data
ConflideX stores the minimum account data needed to operate the Service: your email address, authentication credentials, and billing information. This is the only data that persists in our database beyond the lifetime of a single analysis.
Uploaded Documents
Uploaded contracts and the content extracted from them are never written to persistent storage. They are processed in memory only and are discarded as soon as your analysis completes — whether it succeeds or fails. Document content is never used for training, analytics, or any secondary purpose.
Reports
Most analysis reports are delivered as direct email attachments and are never stored anywhere. Larger reports are instead delivered via an encrypted, single-use download link; the encrypted file and link expire automatically (typically within one hour, or immediately once every recipient has opened it), after which it is permanently deleted.
Third-Party Processing
ConflideX's own systems retain no document content, as described above. Analysis is performed using Google Cloud Vertex AI, which is subject to Google Cloud's standard data handling and processing terms, including temporary retention for automated abuse and safety monitoring. ConflideX has applied for Google's limited-retention exception for this use case, given the confidential and often privileged nature of the documents processed. Submitted content is never used by Google to train models.
